Japan and India each hold what the other needs. Our work is to make that exchange practical.
I am Fumiyo Sharma, founder of Jindoxx Global.
Japan faces a widening talent shortage while India produces more skilled engineers than any country in the world. Japanese companies see India's market potential but struggle to find reliable ground-level data. On both sides, the intent exists. What is missing is a partner who understands how business actually works in each country.
That is the gap Jindoxx was built to close. We place Indian engineers with Japanese companies across IT, CAD, mechanical, automotive and manufacturing. We provide Japanese interpretation and translation for teams operating in either market. We support Japanese companies entering India with end-to-end setup, and we collect original quantitative research on the ground in India for those who need real data before they commit.
Language and cultural fluency sit underneath all of it. A placement succeeds only when the person can work comfortably in a Japanese environment, and a market entry succeeds only when both sides understand what the other is actually saying. We treat that understanding as core to the work, not as an add-on.
Japan and India have exchanged ideas and commerce for a long time. Our role is to make that exchange practical, one company and one professional at a time.
